Contributions factor into practice, practice factor into more reiterations and contributions. Easier to pick up the pen, more familiar with the user interface factors into a better practice experience. Better practice experience factors into more practice and thus contributions.
Starting out with a World full of 8 billion people and many great contributions might feel like puzzle has already been completed, one’s posts are just an extra puzzle piece that doesn’t really fit. People starting out don’t always know the value they add or where they add value, aren’t always re-affirmed that they are adding value, that they are making progress that likely will lead to a better world.
Access gets set to guaranteed, voice gets set to one of many might not always be full appreciation for power to change the world in meaningful ways. Most powerful use of words added today might be 20 years from now, or 100 years from now, or 1000 years from now – where value is added, how much value is added gets set to known, knowable.
My words are unlikely to amplify ideal value for all people on all days, does not equate to they can’t amplify value for many on some days.
