I realize this diagram is less than perfect, that is why I provide freely – others can make better, I do not like that it singles out Lawyers, when Society in general reinforces Laws, Legalism, and Lawyers via not agreeing and desire to profit
It is worth noting for people considering a career in law that Lawyers are likely to be attached many times to people not agreeing and friction which is less than all value added
While I have family and friends that are Lawyers, and I want them protected, involving Lawyers is both necessary at times and far from all value added (avoiding legalism has potential to add allot of value, none of the least of which is saving time) at least from my opinion as someone that is not a Lawyer
People that become Lawyers cannot guarantee that their friends or family won’t get involved in bigger, higher risk cases – something to note while it is desirable to stay away from some of the higher value cases for protection at times, does not equate to it is easily ideally maintained. People don’t always know what their friends or family is involved with, thus appearances have potential to be deceiving.
Non-Lawyers including myself don’t always know what they are getting involved with, level of risk. I dislike death penalty and torture, desire to protect life, simple as that gets complicated fast. Just because I am a non-lawyer does not equate to I am ideal legalism out, Love and See No Evil has allot of potential not always pondered. I desire to hold the position of dislike of death penalty and torture, desire to protect life, and I do not want to be hung or tortured for holding the position. Nor do I want any of my family or friends hurt. Nor do I want the rest of society hurt.

Pursuit of Truth Paramount has potential to lead to accusations thought as no big deal, necessary to find Truth, zero cost, will be used wisely, will be based upon ideal perception, comprehension, and reduced obfuscation, people desiring to amplify truth more ideally might falsely claim light, lift when heavy, far from time cost free, accusations beget defensiveness, less defensiveness factors into less time costs and better access to truth
People working less together is useful, potentially not always for reasons thought, accusations might profit 3rd parties by design
