Imagine Google and Apple are allowing Oppression in a way that is systematically killing part of the population. Now Imagine they are also funding and supporting technology in Hospitals that save lives. Turning off access their data centers could save and take lives.
The ideal choice is to obviously drive change away from systemtic oppression. Highlighting the truth might lead to both companies never purchased from again. Attacking the systemic oppression has potential for long term lives saved and not all short term lives saved. It is a simple choice, it is an easy choice, it is a light choice to stop oppression? No. Oppression to manifest, one dead body today, two next week, 4 the next, could easily spiral into genocide.
All contributors, investors, customers, and employees likely know the full extent of the oppression? No. The full extent of the oppression is likely versed in sufficient way to be heard? Questionable. Image matters, Silence installed is useful.
My prayers do not seem to be delivering rain during a brutally hot drought in Texas. Think my prayers will actually stop the oppression that is limiting my and likely many other’s lives?
I like what I am seeing against my life? No. What is being done against my life could be a prototype for the masses? Yes.
