Short 5 to 10 minutes is far more than zero data. Able to watch on repeat is enabled further by shorter videos, a 30 minute video requires 1 hour to watch and rewatch. A 10 minute video only requires 20 minutes to watch and rewatch. Verification of what you watch, listened to more than once has potential for greater surface area, more potential for actually picking up the concepts. An hour is harder to maintain focus for than for 20 minutes.

Hardwork, preparation, and actions factor into words, peace, and support that delivers or does not. A 10 minute message from the United Nations is higher value than all always fully appreciate.
Practice active listening to some of the best inspired words in the World is a priviledge those stuck in corrupt Jails do not have. Those in the World that might benefit most from improved words and communications? Those stuck in corrupt Jails. A case against injustice heard with calm confidence or rage and malice that while understandable, underdelivers. Words that deliver proper weight to limit injustice while not polarizing listeners to distrust might not always be the easiest line to walk. Inspired by better words, the right level of humility, while still highlighting details and maintaining confindence might be seen as easy, light, unlikely to be improved by active listening. Active Listening is Power, walking the line that both sufficiently highlights injustice and maintains proper level of respect for authority is a difficult line to walk without training and support.
The World is watching who is listening. The right words or phrase have the potential to be a key in the future, words that might be remember versus just forgotten. Listening to World Leaders shows Respect for Authority, desire for better for the World. Listening to World Leaders does not equal the listeners comprehension and perception is ideal, less than ideal trying to improve is the process of life.
