Data that is sent in advance then released on a timer has potential for allot of power. Time windows could potentially be useful in precaching. Say if a set of data was sent a day in advance then was useful for computing a specific compressed set of data in a specific time window. Say between 2:45PM and 2:50PM, NSD at any time just might be thought of as NSD, nothing special, yet during that time window NSD could equal “Never Say Die!”, for instance.
Less reliance on iffy networks has potential for useful. This would require a trustworthy and secure location to store decompression tables or precached data. If someone that was trying to disrupt was able to access they could change to mean “Nasty Snake Discouragement”. Technology has potential for being empowering, unsecure has potential for more value out than people always fully appreciate. And while security mechanism are sometimes invested in, saying they are close to ideally invested in would be unwise. Security comes with time costs, time costs that matter and are not always invested in effectively. Combine in supercomputers and quantum computers, an oppressive system could take very iffy level of securities and turn them to null when oppressive power sees fit.
Control of the Narrative matters and is a system that is less than all max profit out, less than all people saved. Less oppression invested in in advance has the power to be one of the most powerful tools for cybersecurity and might not always be viewed as such.
