Active Communication is Value, Value Creation that has is not always Invested in. Potential can be Power, Potential that is not used is Not Power. YouTube punishes for investments unwise to invest in YouTube and attached companies in the Future. Not always easy to see poor investments until they are made, I would advise others to divest early.

Maybe problem is YouTube Team just needs to be re-educated. Trained long has high potential for leading to poor results. Trained long can lead to oppression reduced grace, no desire to reverse poor choices and decisions. I doubt they lack intelligence, I doubt they lack sufficient training and leadership.
