The Right Support and The Right Words today could equal less shootings and less terrorist attacks in the future. Fighting Oppression can be something invested in early on, or too late to truly make a difference. The Right training could mean the difference between Life and Death, could be game changing. Access is limited, reduced, far from guaranteed. Hard to Value something that you can’t See, Hear, or Feel. Perceived precedes Comprehension, Comprehension precedes Valued, Valued precedes Useful.
People can be inspired for better and for worse. Good Paths and Challenges are not always valued. Not always valued leads to less potential for used in the Inspiration process.
Faster Reaction Times are valuable, factor into ability to see a fire, and quickly put it out. Investing in Throughput for Greater Support and Reduced Miscommunication today has potential for impacts 5 years down the line, 10 years down the line. Long Term Support is important and is not always valued as much do to the high value that is placed on fast reactions and improved short term performance. Being able to problem solve with resources on hand is powerful. Investing in more resources Years in Advance, takes strategy, investments in training without immediate Return On Investments.

Support is Limited. Support is Directional. Emotion and ability to Feel factors into Decision Making and Throughput on Good Days, and Bad Days. Fair, Just, Reason and Logic are all systems the world relies upon that are invested in less time and time again at the expense of many.

The Right Questions factors into Throughput and the courage to ask them factors into Throughput delivered or not.
One man unsupported in a system that re-amplifies corruption over and over? Truth is dangerous without numbers support is not likely an always comprehended system. Truth matters, factors into numbers, numbers that are potentially in Cancer research data, into who gets support in the future and who gets conned.
Surprise and Suspense are useful systems that obfuscate and delay truth that are turned up as valuable for story and possibly narrative control. Interesting factors into messages heard or messages not heard. Society actively invests in obfuscation and latency on truth as a value required system for valued and appreciated. Society voting latent truth in is not zero cost, zero consequences.
Able to delegate effectively factors into Power. Ability to gauge Throughput of delegated tasks factor into where people see and perceive power. Where Power is believed to reside can be part of where it resides.
People don’t always realize that Life gives Story and Contrast. Stories and Contrast to value creation is a normal, useful, and system that is invested in and re-invested in. Just because a story is written does NOT Guarantee it will be used for its original intent.
Oppressive system that tries to use a story and contrast to wreck lives and then fails. Failed to achieve its initial purpose does not equal no longer part of the world. Now the story and contrast can be used as a reminder to the world that oppression will not be taken lightly.
Delegating Reduced Oppression to Politicians has failed to deliver. Delegating Increased Appreciation for Numbers and Why they Matter to Politicians has failed to deliver.
Memory factors into Power. Concepts that are known are easier to factor in. Oppression as just a distant unknown or a system that is known for the monster it is, for its ability to change and extend in new unappreciated ways as time moves forward?
Wealth Throughput at a particular time in History factors into Power Available or Not at Critical Times. Extra Complexity can be used to limit access to critical support at critical times, those investing in purposeful throughput limiting need to be limited from robbing others.
System of can increase complexity, reduce support, and give silence is less than sufficient quality, less than sufficient experience.
Reducing Oppression is a Complex System. Oppression allowed to continue unopposed is a More Complex System. Investment in Complexity of Reducing Oppression upfront has high potential for reducing the problematic levels of Complexity caused by Oppression.
Truth is more readily available, conversation that can lead to life over death is more readily available in a Less Oppressed System. In an oppressive system there is greater cost for speaking up and thus is not always invested in or invest in in a timely manner.
Complexity has a cost, Reducing Oppression can be Complex. There is a Greater Cost for Not Reducing Oppression Early and Often.
