Easy to forget some in the World are still limited from Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust access to technology and support. Left in corrupt jails or under the thumb of oppression is still a common system Worldwide at least in 2023.

People should be surrounded with love and support after Jail. They are members of society that many times were imprisoned wrongly and potentially in times of vastly limited support that many times is turned up unfairly.

People to value creation after Jail is a possible system. People to value creation after Jail is far from a guaranteed system. Not putting people in Jail in the first place goes a long way in increase Throughput and Support in the World. Not negating peoples support to the point they choose, have potential to choose non ideal paths that have the potential to lead to Jail has high potential for huge returns on investments not always fully comprehendible at the time.
