Creating a Company that Inspires and Fosters Diversity as a Useful and Necessary Component to Short Term and Long Term Success

- Need to Consider Disasters and Need Based (Team member gets Cancer)
- Need to Consider How Success is Defined, How Profit is Defined
- Need to Consider Dispute Resolution and Mediation
For Example: 5 Employees from Iceland, 5 Employees from Mongolia, 5 Employees from Madagascar, and 5 Employees from Chili
I am from none of those countries, I understand very little about all of those countries. People from there have as much potential if not more potential than myself. Those people’s potential magnified in the right way factors into how much potential they will magnify for themselves and others (including me).
Imagine being given a grant from the international community. What would salaries look like? Hire two secretaries from one country while hiring two PhDs from another? How would that look, how would that factor into Encouragement and Morale?
A lot of Complexities that are easy to Non Ideally up sell to oh yeah I can handle that, without truly thinking through possible implications. I do not nor do many others in the World likely want to limit the potential in anyone (outside of super villains), and not thought through has the potential to limit. Even thought through has the potential to limit. Less Limiting is Not Ideally Less Limiting.
Thinking through all possible ways something can go wrong might not always be ideal investment potential that could actually lead to increased less than ideal Throughput. Increased less than ideal throughput sounds bad but 90% Salary vs 100% Salary beats 0% Salary. 90% isn’t 100%, there is room for improvement, always room for improvement. There is also potential for diminishing returns as while Diversity is Important and Crucial, it is not the only aspect of business that is Important and Crucial.
While dealing with other parts that are Important and Crucial there might be less than ideal Throughput and Magnification of Diversity. Balancing it right set to easy seems like it will fail to deliver on the real complexities that are created by having a diverse workforce. Diverse can be Power, and less diverse can easily lead to Power, Leadership replaced by another less diverse set that can set gains to null. TeamA replaced by TeamB not all TeamA protected, TeamB replaced by TeamC not all TeamA or TeamB protected.
Potential for Mutinies, Potential for Power Dynamics, Potential for CEO to get Cancer with potential for Power Dynamics that rip the good in the company apart. All capitalized on by Competition that wants their products to succeed because their products succeeding factors into food on their table, into medical bills paid for those on their team that have cancer.
Fighting an enemy on the outside and fighting an enemy on the inside has potential for less than ideal results. Real conversation takes time and is far less than ideally invested in. People are imperfect magnifiers of Fair, of Justice, of Diversity, and are thus imperfect protectors of Fair, Justice, and Diversity.
Less Fair Matters. One cheated and prospers and one that does right is thrown to the wind. Factors into same potential for that one that cheated and prospers in the future. Not all long term support potential.
Less Just Matters. One man works 90 hours another man works 10 hours and are paid the same wage. The one that worked 90 hours now knows working 10 will get the same result. All while the other companies are working Strong 40 hour weeks? Work hard leads to good results that are appreciated factors into feeling of Justice or Injustice.
Less Diverse Matters. Looks like you at the top today can easily lead to doesn’t look like you at the top tomorrow. Did you protect and do right by similar people to the one at the top today, and tomorrow? Doing right by all diversities is not always easy, not free from complex situations that are hard to judge. Don’t judge matters, and protection matters. Hard to protect without assessing whether someone needs to be protected or not.
This message is something. This message is not nothing. This message will magnify ideally? No. This message magnifies better than no message at all? Yes.
Man and Woman have limited time to Magnify much less than Ideal Value over Time that has potential to make a future that Actively Listens and Invests Time a better place. The future will always have Time to Listen? Will always have access to Listen? Unlikely. Natural Disasters, Complexities we can’t truly fathom on this day factor into the Future’s ability to listen, thinking our throughput will be ideal, has the potential to be ideal is unrealistic.
Small Changes, Small Oppressions allowed to go unchallenged have the potential to turn into large oppression. A few words changed here and there today, turned off accounts and inability to purchase tomorrow. Promoting a diverse environment requires reduced Oppression, reduced Oppression that is far from ideally invested in.
Small Oppression in society has potential to undue much if not all progress made towards a Better, More Inclusive World. There are a lot of slippery slopes in life that are logical fallacies. Small Oppressions seen as won’t lead to Big Oppressions has High Potential for a Non Null Body Count. More Germans that caught and stopped Jewish slurs and racism and nipped it in the bud years in advance? Might have lead to a completely different outcome.
Devil is In By Design, Dehumanization is easy, Bulley’s and Controlling the Narrative, Alpha style power struggles that don’t take into account potential for damage are common, normal, not always protected from by society.
Humanization requires Non Null Investments, Bulley’s not amped to be Bulley’s requires investment. Biggest guy in the room knows they don’t get to silence all voices because they are the biggest guy in the room is not a given.
Easy to up sell others to Biggest Guy in Room, in need of being silenced. Seems like something Biggest Guy in the Room (unseen) would do.
Knowing what leads to comments that will be perceived as bullying? Knowing that others in the room have the potential to purposely misinterpret what is said and refract it in ways more useful to them?
The most eloquent speech can be the most silencing. Because they can get away with it can be less than an ideal amplifier. Sounds good to 90% equals always protects 10% ideally?
Words that are imperfect that Magnify Love and Grace are worth far more than the most eloquent speech that intertwines legalism and fails to be loving, inclusive.
It is possible to have the right words, without the right level of Love and Grace. Life is Hard, this World does not always give hands that are enjoyable or light to carry. Being Encouragement, Love, and Grace after getting a report that you have Cancer, that your loved one died? Being Encouragement, Love, and Grace when you know to this day society is robbing you and your family blind, robbing them through oppression that is likely, has high potential to lead to your own death in a shortened period of time?
It is important to foster an environment that has the potential to magnify love and grace, one that hasn’t been tested past its limits to judgment and less grace.
Imagine two options. A politician is about to make a speech to the public that needs to Amplify Encouragement Love and Grace.
- Option 1, tell the Politician that their bill, the one they have poured their heart in soul into over the past 2 years has failed, and will face steep unending opposition that is likely to lead to it never accepted
- Option 2, tell the Politician Never Say Die and the people are depending on you
Option 1, a jaded speaker is likely to infuse and inspire the public in ideal ways?
Option 2, an underinformed politician that had their relevance limited at key times factors into a successful nation vs a less successful nation

A and B independently matter a lot. When both A and B are in line higher potential for real Throughput.
Perception of People falls into Categories
- Will up sell me to Villain Level Contrast
- Will up sell me to Villain Level Contrast out of Convenience and Proximity
- Will up sell me to Villain Level Contrast in tough times, when going against bandwagon is difficult
- Will protect me from Villain Level Contrast in the good times but not in the hard times
- Will protect me from Villain Level Contrast in good times and bad times but won’t have sufficient Throughput to Enable my Support
- Will protect me from Villain Level Contrast in good times and bad times and will have sufficient Throughput to Enable my Support but won’t use that Throughput to Enable my Support easily
- Will protect me from Villain Level Contrast in good times and bad times and will make sure my family is Respect, Protected, has Sufficient Resources to Thrive and live an Inspired Life filled with Love and Joy
7 upsold to easy is not all true value added. Love set to the baseline, bare necessities has high potential for not enough throughput to get through the following days, through the storm.
If More People Loved, If More People Gave Graceful Words, Listened a little more and judged a little less the World could be transformed dramatically. As it stands right now since not enough people love and give grace it creates extra burden on those that do with the potential to limit Throughput of that Love and Grace in real and profound ways.
They will protect me from upsells to Monster and will provide me with sufficient resources that I am much less likely to become one matters. Negated Love and Grace, Dehumanized does not always lead to less of that reflected. Proximity to Unfair and Unjust has the potential to not always turn up Fair, Just.
Want to see less problems in society? Less Monsters in Society? Don’t let a system reduce peoples resources to unbearable levels, ever. Don’t negate Love and Grace for anyone in society, because that anyone could be you via a different roll of the dice (there but for the Grace of God go I). Don’t enable a society of Throughput reduction. More hoops to jump through to get employed more hoops to jump through to provide money for hospital bills for hurting family. Inability to provide at critical times hurts, is unlikely to be fully forgotten.
I can forgive does not equal it is wise to bring me to that level. Not all might have that capacity and setting a precedent for what tests are useful valuable factor into potential tests for self and family members later. Hard to claim love while testing to that level, legalism and misrepresentation of justice come to mind.
Think of others or myself like a canary in a coal mine everyone is watching? Merciful to the canary, or a clear sign not to be trusted, ever?
Other’s in society like a Gas Monitor? I don’t want people to be dropping dead around me, but if they do, might be a sign I need to look for safer ground.
