Diverse Workforce Not Always Fostered

A Diverse Workforce Matters. Imagine you are of RaceA and all of a certain company are of RaceB. RaceB hires you. RaceB owns HR deparment, suggestion and complaints Departments. RaceB could easily switch to rule under RaceC. RaceC likely to foster appreciation for RaceA, RaceB, and RaceC, without real investments in training and appreciation for the value in Diversity?

Unfair, oppression, and changes of Power are easy to turn up. Lost investment in Diversity is hard to recover from.

Post September 1st, 2001 were people thinking more about security and war or more about diversity training? How many great messages on diversity did I hear at the many companies that I worked for? 0.

It doesn’t have to be trained, it doesn’t have to be talked about can wrongly be said. On top of that bugs everywhere and people always listening in that have the ability to leverage many of the parties involved gives the feeling of deeply fowl play.

Your Race Minority or Majority at the top today does not guarantee it will be at the top tomorrow. And all Children of difference Races, of different life circumstances growing up that were born today or many years before deserve better than to have their success robbed based upon the color of their skin, based upon false villain level contrast that God for some reason allows to be turned up like it is no big deal.

This race or that race needs to be treated right but people from Iceland always considered? System that claims ideal, promoter of diversity while extremely ignoring and limiting output of those it is oppressing gives feeling of bad deal, extremely bad deal. A God that allows like no big deal makes it hard to trust in God as a Big Deal.
