Would I give 1 hour out of my 24 hours on my computers, phones, and processors to compute Cancer Research, better Accessibility, better solutions for Peace? Yes.
Society has the potential to amplify vast amount of support based upon unused cycles, but does it make that easy, simple, light?
Society seems to amp more this person or that person needs to spend 15 hours a day amping Accessibility or Peace when it is a collective effort desirable for Risk Mitigation. Society that is encouraged to work together for the common good is different than one that is setup to try and maximize profit at each others expense.
Not fixing the problem, problems factors into ability to capitalize on Power Vacuums.
Society can amp more support for all people on Earth, but does it choose to? And if it does not choose to, what kind of lesson is that setting for future generations?
System of you are useful until you are not amps less than ideally. Claim to care about future generations while fostering that mentality?
Older generations tendency towards not fully appreciating younger generations, and younger generations potentially having to rewrite and restructure things because that is the hand they are dealt. Taught Power will amp less than ideally factors into appreciation.
The same story plays out PartyA not fully appreciated has potential to build resentment towards those in power. PartyA establishes their own power and then PartyB shows up and PartyA has a choice, appreciate and inspire the future, or limit them like those in power did to them originally.
The future taught a lesson people are just a use until less useful system has consequences.
