Bug in Eclipse IDE, March 26th, 2023

Every time I reopen a maven javafx project it seems like it requires me to rebuild and gives me the following error. Knowing the project will run the first time factors into to Encouragement and Confidence.

If I run the a maven debug profile with following options

clean package install

The JavaFX program launches successfully. Ideally should be able to close the app and reopen the app without ability to launch being broken.
