Did this or that better gets upsold to Ideal Output, Ideal Throughput unwisely
Shakey ground where the goal is 1000 and the answer to 2+2=4, 2+2=4 better than 2+2=5 on getting to a real 1000 does not equal it is sufficient grounds to set bar as ideally optimized
Society getting to 1000 likely needs people to appreciate 2+2=4 contributions, the fact that Comprehension on 2+2 = 4 needs to be raised in a graceful, support inspiring way.
Corruption likes to say 100% unachievable 110% will lead to ruin thus 60% is not value added.
