System Negates obvious
A line covered in insulation from the side of an electrical pole was on the ground when I went on a walk. Is it a power line? It was from 2/3 of the way up the pole. Not certain if it was power line or not. Possibly a sensor.
Infrastructure failing at time, rusty electrical boxes, not sure how to view it. Children always know how to deal with downed power lines? There was no sound or arcing with the line though I am not sure that is sufficient grounds to make a decision on dangerous.
Powerlines enable Electricity for convenience and throughput, convenience and throughput without full respect for safety. Silence and Negates conversation amps less than ideally.
A system that watches, tests, but does not help.
I don’t know what to do with that, High Voltage is a part of society, Negate it is always clarified with Signs. Potential for extra problems with flood waters? Extra reminders crossing unseen obfuscated ground might not be ideal?
