Able to Read and Comprehend something in 10 minutes that might take others 30 minutes is power. A 20 minute head start replayed again and again over time is Power. How you choose to use that Power Matters.

Peace and a Functional Society with High Throughput Supply Lines is Amazing and can be not adequately respected, appreciated. History has a tendency for wars and natural disasters. Respecting that Peace is Amazing, appreciating that support and small contributions respected more has the potential to increase success, has the potential to increase GDP is not a given.

Thus fostering a greater Appreciation for Reading Comprehension and Linguistics Training Throughput has the ability to be Impactful on Society in Profound and Meaningful Ways.

In this Paper I would like to lay out a Sound, Logical, and Reasonable Argument for Inspiring Greater Reading Comprehension.
