Introduction, Reading Comprehension Matters
Reading is Power. Able to perceive and Comprehend a message can lead to years of saved time, can lead to lives saved. From no high voltage sign to a High Voltage Sign with bold capitalized underlined Emphasis.

Able to Read and Comprehend something in 10 minutes that might take others 30 minutes is power. A 20 minute head start replayed again and again over time is Power. How you choose to use that Power Matters.
Peace and a Functional Society with High Throughput Supply Lines is Amazing and can be not adequately respected, appreciated.
