Infrastructure is Powerful, I think there might be more than two ways to increase our economy, does not equal they might be as high power as increasing employment or increasing productivity

Fostering Education, Innovation, and Research I might not classify into those groups, I guess they could be classified into increasing productivity

Employees and the ability, rate at which they can Produce creates Economic Growth

Increasing Education and Quality of Work, Training good

Both with potential for not enough access to clean water makes me think two categories can possibly lead to over generalization

People make sells based upon presenting limited options on the table, people purchase based upon A,B,C, and D. People on multiple choice tests generally trained that A,B,C, and D presented then those are only options available. E None of the Above, not always an option
