How to know if your losing the audience, make decisions based on that? If it could be pre poisoned? Poisoned as a term of audience loaded with information against speaker before speech, possible, but more unlikely. Depends on where the audience is and the medium.
Watching a movie is different than hearing a politician speak
Made for enjoyment vs made for communicating valuable information about society and safety
Ideally communicating valuable information about society and safety can be done in a way that doesn’t lose the attention of the audience

Long term legacy perfect unlikely, more value in then value out likely maximized by amount of lives saved, and saved in way that makes those people thrive, vs sputter out into an unhappy merciless life
