Queen’s Authority
They were testing the Queen’s Authority. Just because they asked for it doesn’t mean you should give it to them. People like attention from authority figures. If they don’t get it the right way they might try and get it the wrong way. What about authority figures that don’t know they have authority. Justice can sometimes be less painful than Mercy. You did wrong and now let’s make it right. Or she knows and she just won’t say. Sometimes people know things for the wrong reasons so they choose not to take justice. Justice shouldn’t be just ice.
